About Lilly

Lilly is a degree-qualified Chinese Medicine practitioner and acupuncturist, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) under the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (CMBA). She is also a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA). Lilly is committed to offering acupuncture and Chinese Medicine care that is safe, considered, evidence-informed, and tailored to the individual.

Her passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine developed over ten years ago after experiencing her own health difficulties. Treating symptoms alone no longer felt enough—she wanted to better understand her body and take a more active role in her health. Through acupuncture and other Chinese Medicine therapies, Lilly experienced the profound impact this medicine can have in encouraging balance and supporting overall wellbeing.

In addition to her clinical practice, Lilly is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, having completed a two-year teacher training in the Iyengar method. This approach emphasises precision, alignment, and the intelligent use of props to create balance within the body. The practice has deeply shaped her understanding of movement, posture, breath, and nervous system regulation, and continues to influence the grounded, attentive, and precise approach she brings to treatments in clinic.
